My Journey began in the mental health and substance abuse field in 2009 working in detox and residential settings. Spirituality, hypnosis, NLP, and Reiki have been instrumental in my own life and led me to help others. I developed dream hypnosis which involves using dream symbolism to imprint positive change on the subconscious mind. My areas of expertise include overcoming phobias, fears, weight loss hypnosis, chemical dependency, alcohol dependency, addictive behaviors, stress management, work burnout, smoking cessation, self-esteem, and confidence building. I’m licensed to treat substance addiction in addition to practicing hypnotherapy. The goal is to identify underlying causes that lead to self medication. This can be with substances or with behaviors. I strive to help you uncover your true potential, allowing you to ascend up the stairs to your higher self. One that is happy, healthy, and fulfilled. The power of the subconscious mind and it’s programming is the key to your unlocked potential. Let me help you find the power that you already possess inside of you. Phobias

If you’ve found yourself impacted on a daily basis by fears, those fears have crossed the line into a phobia. It may be due to unconscious programming. Whether it’s a fear of heights, agoraphobia, arachnophobia, social phobias, crowded rooms, or fear of driving. Hypnosis is an effective tool to overcome these phobias.

Weight Loss Hypnosis

Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes one can find themselves over-eating without intention (subconsciously) or they may have been conditioned from childhood. Over-eating can be due to stress, loneliness, frustration, upset, or even as an emotional reward after a long day. Along with hypnosis, we can put together a nutritional plan that supports healthy habits. Sugar addiction and the “American Diet” can also cause intense craving that hypnotic suggestion can curb.

Addiction

Whether you’re suffering from substance dependence, alcohol addiction, or addictive behaviors. Adding a non-traditional approach to aid in ongoing sobriety can be beneficial. Usually there is a root cause that contributes to seeking substances. Stress, untrue thoughts and feelings about yourself acquired in childhood, low self-esteem/ self-worth, environmental conditioning, negative self talk, or mental health diagnosis. Hypnotherapy is a great tool in conjunction with traditional therapy and/ or psychiatric care.

Confidence

Fall in love with your own abilities and gain confidence to speak in public, confidence to be assertive regarding your needs, and gain the ability to be comfortable in your own skin. Somewhere along the line you learned not to. You can learn to view yourself in an empowered light.

Smoking Cessation

Smoking can be one of the hardest habits to kick, but it does not have to be. If you’re ready to take the leap and enjoy a smoke free life, we can identify triggers that lead to failed attempts at quitting. Once we identify triggers, we can use hypnotic suggestions to imprint healthy coping mechanisms into your subconscious mind.
